1. Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (specifically the Ultimate Annual Budget Spreadsheet), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you encounter any technical issues or feel the product does not match the description, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products are processed immediately. Once the payment is successful and the product link is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Exceptions

In certain cases of duplicate billing or accidental multiple purchases of the same product, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
